Singular 01

This is one of Josep and Pau's musings -fifth generation of the Vicens family- to microvinify varieties that call to them, plots that test them or vintages that make them lose sleep. Lo Singular is made without apparent logic or necessary justification, for no other reason than the pure desire to make wine.

Tasting note

Nose

Intense and exuberant aroma, where the
white peach, passion fruit, memories
of rose and green mango stand out. Develops spicy notes, reminiscent of white pepper and citrus fruits such as orange peel.

Mouth

Unctuous, creamy and vibrant. Good acidity that
moves the wine with joy until the end of the mouth.
The aromas of the olfactory phase are reproduced in the
flavour, highlighting passion fruit and
mango. As well as a subtle hint of ageing.
