Singular 01

This is one of Josep and Pau’s musings —fifth generation of the Vicens family— to microvinify varieties that call to them, plots that challenge them, or vintages that keep them awake at night. Lo Singular is made without apparent logic or necessary justification, for no other reason than the pure desire to make wine.

Tasting note

Nose

Intense and exuberant aroma, where white peach, passion fruit, hints of rose and green mango stand out. Spicy notes develop, reminiscent of white pepper and citrus fruits such as orange peel.

Mouth

Unctuous, creamy and vibrant. Good acidity carries the wine joyfully to the very end of the mouth. The aromas from the nose are echoed in the flavour, highlighting passion fruit and mango, along with a subtle hint of ageing.
